Why do something manually when you can set it and forget it? Computers are amazing tools and they can do much more than we know. A tool we love to use is Buffer. It’s a social media savior and allows you to schedule posts and updates weeks, days or months ahead of time. Forget logging into Facebook each day, just set it and forget it.
Planning and goals come hand it hand. Plan to reach your goals daily, monthly and yearly. Knowing what you need to accomplish gives a sense of direction. If you know what you need to finish you are more likely to get it done.
We aren’t robots. Take a step back once in a while and relax. If you overwork yourself the quality of what you do will degrade. A mistake can be costly and if your brain isn’t in the right place your work won’t be either, and getting stuff done will become a lot harder. Walk to our great breakroom to clear your head anytme!
This isn’t what it sounds like, but you shouldn’t try to do too much in a day. If you overload yourself then the quality of your work will go suffer. By doing less you will actually get more done and with higher quality.
It’s hard to get into the swing of things initially. We are so busy procrastinating that starting work often is a challenge. Schedule blocks of time and stick to it. 2 pm comes around, well that’s the scheduled “Do this task” time so get going. By doing this you are more likely to get stuff done.
