What’s the event? It’s simple, walk around downtown Victoria and bask in the Halloween ambiance of the city! Some things you will find are:

• Swarm of bats in Trounce Alley
• Bat cyclone in Centennial Square
• Six city benches will be affixed with bat wings to transform sitters into bats, perfect for capturing a photo souvenir

Mad Hatter’s Tea Party

“There is always time for tea, particularly when it’s a Mad Hatter’s tea party. The London Tube Restaurant will be decked for Halloween and will offer a spooktacular menu featuring their famous Alice in Wonderland Tea. Tuck in to creepy eats including frightfully frosted cupcakes and big kid Halloween cocktails. Kids can even grab costume pieces like fairy wings from their dressing up room to complete the magic.”
