Tenants at DataTech since 2012, they are a property management company. Through DataTech they have been able to connect with a variety of differing businesses such as Pest Control and another property business, “Better Than Rent 2 Own”. The owner and managing broker of Oakwood is Carol Dobell, and she is constantly on the move. Oakwood Property Management uses DataTech to the fullest, taking advantage of our phone answering, mail collection and many other services we offer. Another member of the team is Jim Dobell, Carol’s husband, business partner and licensed strata/rental manager. Rounding out this experienced and solid team is Lisa Drover, the accounting manager, who is also a licensed strata/rental manager. Our front end staff, Datatech’s own Lyanna and Dana, enhance the services Oakwood provides by providing knowledgeable and helpful reception services. This team makes Oakwood Property Management the well oiled machine that is it. They are doing property management differently, and boast stellar customer service with a hard working approach.
